Terry’s journey into the wine industry began as a passive investment with his son as the winemaker.  After decades managing multi-billion-dollar institutional portfolios and his own private investments in start-ups, Terry never thought he would end up the General Manager of Arizona’s largest winery & vineyard.  But that is exactly where he finds himself today as his son and another partner exited the business.  Today Terry is focused on scaling Arizona Stronghold so that he can have a successful exit.  Terry’s keen eye for business and the challenges of ownership provide important insights no matter where you are on your transition journey.
