Few people have influenced day-to-day management of people and companies more than Ken Blanchard. In 1979, Ken and his wife Margie began building The Ken Blanchard Companies into what is today a global management training and consulting firm.  Ken is a member of Amazon’s Hall of Fame as one of the top 25 best selling authors of all time. The accomplishment he is most proud of is the leadership transition of his company to his son.  As the Chief Spiritual Officer of the Ken Blanchard Companies, Ken is living life on the other side of generational succession.
