What health and safety procedures will you have in place?

The safety of our guests is our first priority. All CDC and California guidelines and recommendations will be followed to ensure guests feel comfortable. This includes the following:

  • As of August 6, 2021, all guests and employees are required to wear masks indoors unless eating/drinking, regardless of vaccination status, per Napa County health directive.
  • There are currently no mask requirements for outdoor events in Napa County. The State of California issued guidance that masks are optional and not required for fully vaccinated individuals when outdoors but, are recommended for unvaccinated individuals.
  • Guests will not be required to show proof of vaccination. All guests must self-attest that they acknowledge that: 1) the State of California strongly recommends that individuals be fully vaccinate; and 2) unvaccinated individuals are strongly recommended to wear masks.
  • While the venue and staff will be following CDC and California guidelines, we ask that you do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.
  • All tables and chairs will be sanitized prior to the event.
  • Restrooms will be easily accessible and monitored regularly for cleanliness.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the area.
  • Our policies may change based on guidance from the State of California and the CDC. Should this occur, you will be updated via email.

All tickets must be purchased in advance virtually through our Ticket Tailor registration site. A confirmation email will be sent with a QR code and ticket ID which will be verified on site. Payment options that Ticket Tailor accept include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

What do tickets include?

General admission tickets include access to all keynote speakers and break-out sessions as well as lunch, evening reception, beverages, and light snacks. Tickets go on sale November 01, 2021.

  • Cancellations between November 01st – December 14th are subject to a $50 fee
  • Cancellations between December 15th – January 14th are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations between January 15th – February 14th are subject to a 75% cancellation fee
  • No cancellations permitted on or after February 15th, 2022.

The Carriage House at Charles Krug has free, onsite parking which will accommodate 75 guests. There is also an overflow parking lot at the Tasting Room.
